[Below is a review left by readers who have directly read 'Raising My Child's Height, Knowing as Much as Possible'.]

This is my first time experiencing an e-book. It was unfamiliar, but the meaning of this book lies in the fact that you can find and view information you are curious about anytime, anywhere through your smartphone, and I think its charm is sufficient in many ways.

This book, "Raising My Child's Height, Knowing as Much as Possible," contains a considerable amount of information and knowledge related to height in one book, from the causes of not growing tall to eating habits and exercises for growing taller.
Author Dr. Song Hae-ryong is an orthopedic specialist and boasts not only a medical doctorate but also various other qualifications. As much as his qualifications, it is packed with really meticulous and vivid information.

Chapter 1 of this book starts with our 모습들 (appearances) who are worried about being short. Our society discriminates in many ways for the reason of being short. For example, airline employees, stewardesses, also require a minimum height as an employment condition. Actors appearing on broadcasting and other mass media also say that they cannot even hand in their business card unless they are above average height. I hope that the unfortunate reality in our society that recognizes and rejects short stature as a major disability will change as soon as possible.

From Chapter 2, we are led into the field of full-fledged professional knowledge, starting with bone age search. The feeling was that it was coming straight to our ears because it explained what the growth plate is, citing specific photos as evidence. Shall we say it's easier and kinder than any medical lecture? In the content, the question of how many years old can one grow taller? Usually, girls are 13-15 years old and boys are 15-17 years old, and I saw that the growth plates close much earlier than I had known. The fact that basketball is not necessarily a good exercise for growing taller, the impact on the soles of your feet when you land after jumping once is 5 times your weight, so there should be no severe impact on the growth plates or joints.

One of the good advantages of this book is the height-growth exercises. It explains various movements from full-body stretching with pictures, so anyone can practice and make efforts at home.

Chapter 5 explains eating habits for growing taller. It is important to eat a balanced diet through various foods for 3 meals a day and to avoid being picky. It's difficult, but processed foods made from greasy meat, such as ham, fish cakes, and sausages, are known to affect human sex hormones and hinder growth, which may be the most difficult part for children to practice. In addition, detailed explanations are added to the curiosities about growth hormones and surgery to increase height.

And when you move to the latter part of Chapter 8, it talks about various aspects of common misconceptions and questions about height in everyday life, such as masturbation, smoking, drinking, carrying heavy bags, and even exercise. In a word, it can be called an encyclopedia of height. I think it is a very good book that parents who are worried about their children's height can keep next to them and refer to.
