The mind is said to be like a television with thousands of channels.

We exist in each moment according to the channel I choose.

If you tune into the channel of anger, we ourselves become anger, and if you tune into the channel of peace, it becomes peace,

The channel of joy brings joy.

Which channel are you tuned to right now?

If you happen to be tuned to a channel of anger, quickly change the channel.

If it is a channel of peace and hope, 'stay tuned'.

Our patients and families with rare and incurable diseases easily tune into channels of self-reproach and depression due to their difficult battle with the disease.

But rare and incurable diseases are a channel of blessing.

As long as we don't lose hope,

Rare and incurable diseases are rather a special gift that allows us to see the world broadly, learn consideration, think about things we don't have, and

It gives you a sense of relaxation in life.

Let's find channels of love, gratitude, passion, dreams, challenge, courage, sharing, and hope and stay tuned.

One's mind is like a TV set with thousands of channels.

According to the channel we're on, we can really be.

If we turn in to the channel of fury, we become fury itself.

Likewise, in the channel of peace and happiness, we can be peaceful and happy.
What channel are you on? If it is on the channel of fury, turn it away, right now.

If it is peace or hope, stay tuned.
Our friends with rare diseases are easy to be tuned in channels of complaint or depression out of hard fight against them.

However, I believe rare diseases can be a channel of blessing once we shift this idea.
Rare diseases could be special gifts that give us a wider vision to the world, a mind to care
for others, thoughts about things that we don't have and a room for happy life.

Let us find out and stay tuned in channels of love, appreciation, passion, dream, challenge,
courage, sharing and hope.
