MOU Signing for Education and Academic Exchange


The Department of Orthopedics (Head: Hae-Ryong Song) and the Medical Device Clinical Trial Center (Head: Heung-Man Lee) of Korea University Guro Hospital held an MOU signing ceremony on March 12th (Friday) in the Grand Auditorium with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at POSTECH regarding 'Education and Academic Exchange.'

The signing ceremony was attended by approximately 30 faculty and staff members from the Department of Orthopedics and the Medical Device Clinical Trial Center of Korea University Guro Hospital, including Professor Hae-Ryong Song and Professor Heung-Man Lee, as well as approximately 10 officials including Professor Wan-Kyun Jung, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at POSTECH, to pledge close cooperation in the future.

The three institutions resolved to cooperate in various ways in education and academics, including ▲ development of joint courses and joint education programs ▲ exchange of graduate students and researchers for educational and research purposes, and information exchange ▲ exchange of professors and researchers for research, lectures, and academic discussions ▲ exchange of academic information, including exchange of library materials and research publications ▲ joint academic conferences, seminars, and mutual goodwill visits by researchers ▲ joint use of research facilities of both schools.
